• The 2024 registration fee is $175.
• Payment must be completed at time of registration through the online form, no cash or check accepted.  Registration fee is non-refundable.   

Registration Information

You must register in order to participate in recruitment. Your registration is used by chapters as your first round of recruitment. Think of this as similiar to submitting an application for job you are interesed in! Chapters will use your video as well as the personal questions about you such as your interests, hobbies, and involvement to learn a little bit about who you are. Information such as your address, phone number, email, emergency contact, on or off campus living, etc will not be shared with chatpers and used for administratively by Panhellenic to support you during the recruitment process. 

Registration takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to complete your registration when you start your application. If you leave your computer during the process, your registration information will not save and you will have to restart. On occassion, your account may also be deleted. If this happens, do not be alarmed, please just make a new account. You must complete the registration process and pay fees by Sunday, August 4th at 11:59 pm.

The registration form includes the following: 

• Round 1 video must be completed in order to register for recruitment. You will upload this with your application on Campus Director.

  • **DO NOT begin the registration until you have your round 1 video completed and ready to be uploaded.

• Your Clemson student ID #
• Emergency Contact Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Your GPA
  • You will need to enter your GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale. If your high school does not calculate your GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale, please click HERE for a GPA calculator tool. Please calculate your GPA to a 4.0 unweighted scale to meet the registration requirements. Clemson Panhellenic verifies all GPAs submitted. 
• An Completed/Final Electronic Transcript (We will accept completed unofficial transcripts if you don't have access to an official transcript) Please be prepared to obtain this item from your previous institution, scan it to a computer, and then upload it during the registration process. 
  • High school transcript for incoming freshman. MUST include all final grades from high school, if you don't have your finalized transcript yet due to graduation dates, please wait to register until you have this. 
  • College transcript for transfer students
  • Current Clemson students may upload an unofficial transcript
• A Solo Picture of Yourself - optional, but highly recommended 
• Legacy Information (if applicable)
• Your Activities/Honors/Interests 

When you register you will create a personal account. Please write down and save your username and password information You will need this account information during the recruitment rounds. 

Tank Information

Panhellenic will be providing each PNMwith 1 t-shirt to wear during Round 2 days. Please provide an accurate size when you register - you will be wearing this shirt during round 2 of recruitment.

Recruitment is scheduled for the following days:

• August 14th: PNM Orientation & Chapter Video viewing.  Following watching all the chapter videos you will attend dinner at the PNM BBQ with your Pi Chi group. 

• August 15th: Round 2 Day 1 at Littlejohn Collesium 

• August 16th: Round 2 Day 2 at Littlejohn Collesium 

• August 17th: Round 3 Day 1 at Littlejohn Collesium

• August 18th: Round 3 Day 2 at Littlejohn Collesium 

  • New Students will attend Clemson's Welcome Week Leader Day in the morning prior to recruitment starting 

• August 19th: Round 4 

  • New Students will attend Clemson's Welcome Week Convocation in the morning prior to recruitment starting 

• August 20th: Bid Day! 

*Bid Day is a closed event to the public. We encourage you to allow this day to be an exciting time to enjoy the chapter activities that are planned and get to know your new sisters. There are no family activities planned for Bid Day nor any viewing areas. Information regarding Bid Day baskets will be sent to interested families.
