We are so excited that you are interested in participating in Sorority Recruitment at Clemson University! Women interested in participating in Panhellenic Recruitment can register online via the 2023 Sorority Recruitment Registration Form starting Sunday June 25th at 8am. 

Registration will close on Tuesday August 1st at 11:59pm EST. No registrations will be accepted after this date and time. 

Recruitment is scheduled for the following days:

• August 16th: PNM Orientation & Chapter Video viewing.  Following watching all the chapter videos you will attend dinner at the PNM BBQ with your Pi Chi group. 
• August 17th: Round 2 Day 1 at Littlejohn Collesium 
• August 18th: Round 2 Day 2 at Littlejohn Collesium 
• August 19th: Round 3 Day 1 at Littlejohn Collesium
• August 20th: Round 3 Day 2 at Littlejohn Collesium 
  • New Students will attend Clemson's Welcome Week Leader Day in the morning prior to recruitment starting 
• August 21st: Round 4 
  • New Students will attend Clemson's Welcome Week Convocation in the morning prior to recruitment starting 
• August 22nd: Bid Day! 

Registration Fee

• The 2022 registration fee is $140.
• Payment must be completed at time of registration through the online form, no cash or check accepted.  Registration fee is non-refundable.   

Registration Information

To officially register, you must pay the fee at the end of the registration form, and you will need to submit the following:

• Round 1 video must be completed in order to register for recruitment. You will upload this with your application on Campus Director.

  • **DO NOT begin the registration until you have your round 1 video completed and ready to be uploaded.
• Your Clemson Email Address
• Your Clemson student ID #
• Emergency Contact Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Your GPA
  • You will need to enter you GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale. If your high school does not calculate your GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale, please click HERE for a GPA calculator tool so that you can calculate your GPA to meet the registration requirements.
• An Completed/Final Electronic Transcript (We will accept completed unofficial transcripts if you don't have access to an official transcript) (please be prepared to obtain this item from your previous institution, scan it to a computer, and then upload it during the registration process) 
  • high school transcript for incoming freshman. MUST include all final grades from high school, if you don't have your finalized transcript yet due to graduation dates, please wait to register until you have this. 
  • college transcript for transfer students
  • current Clemson students may upload an unofficial transcript
• A Solo Picture of Yourself - optional, but highly recommended 
• Legacy Information (if applicable)
• Your Activities/Honors/Interests 

When you register you will create a personal account. Please write down and save your username and password information You will need this account information during the recruitment rounds. 

Please note: registration takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to fully register when you start your application. If you leave your computer during the process your account may be deleted. If this happens, do not be alarmed, please just make a new account. You must complete the registration process and pay fees before the deadline, as the registration form will time out exactly at 11:59pm EST on Tuesday, August 1st. 

Tank Information

Panhellenic will be providing each PNMwith 2 t-shirts to wear during Round 2 days. Please provide an accurate size when you register - you will be wearing this shirt during round 2 of recruitment.
